Help for Nonprofits - Pro Bono Clearinghouse

If you are an ESTABLISHED VIRGINIA 501(c)(3) NONPROFIT organization in need of transactional legal assistancecomplete the online form found here.

The Clearinghouse staff will match your nonprofit organization to a volunteer attorney who can provide free help as soon as possible. Please note, assistance is not guaranteed. If you have questions, please contact Shane Harper, Director of Administration and Programs, at admin@grbf.org.

Note: Clearinghouse volunteers assist with transactional legal matters only (e.g. personnel issues, contract negotiations, bylaw review, mergers, and intellectual property issues, etc.). Our volunteers cannot assist with nonprofit formation/incorporation or litigation.
